SCRIGNOapp 9.7.1

SCRIGNOapp is the mobile application that provides access to the mobile services offered by Banca Popolare di Sondrio, and it is intended for SCRIGNOInternet Banking clients.

SCRIGNOapp is designed to be simple and fast, offering a selected number of features.

The app includes several features that enhance the usability:

• Biometric recognition for login (Touch ID and Face ID)
• Quick operations, allowing users to perform certain tasks simply by entering the OTP
• Contact list for setting up data by selecting the corresponding entry
• Homepage data hiding
• App available in English
• Push notifications

The services currently available are:

• Real-time balance for Italian current accounts and debit cards
• Availability of debit cards, prepaid cards, and cash cards
• Movements history for Italian current accounts, debit cards, and prepaid cards (with filtering options)
• List of executed transactions
• Total assets and detailed composition of securities deposits, deposit accounts, and asset management (also multi-line)
• Real-time blocking of debit cards, cash cards, and prepaid cards
• Geo-blocking feature to enable magnetic stripe withdrawals of debit cards and cash cards outside of Europe
• Operational limitations to enable or disable e-commerce payments and/or contactless payments and/or gambling payments for debit cards and cash cards
• Instant and regular transfers
• Mobile phone top-ups
• Prepaid card top-ups
• M.Av. payment by scanning QR code or full form
• Postal bills payment by scanning QR code (or barcode) or uploading the complete form
• "PagoPA" payment to the Public Administration
• Money transfer between accounts
• Payment of vehicle tax (road tax) for cars, motorcycles, and trailers (current year and previous years for all Italian regions and autonomous provinces)
• Reprint of ATM card and cash card PINs
• Consultation of ongoing SEPA Direct Debit mandates: allows users to view active, suspended, and revoked mandates with related details and payment history made to a specific company
• Consultation of documents sent by the bank in the last 60 days
• Last login verification
• Branch and ATM search
